Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data held by Nitisetu. It applies to workspace data and to any information associated with a user account.
What can be deleted
- Monitored entities and their stored posts, mentions, and reports.
- User accounts and their access history.
- Any cached public content retrieved for monitoring.
How to request deletion
A workspace administrator can remove entities and users directly in the application. For a full workspace deletion, or if you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your work address with the subject "Data deletion request" and the workspace name.
Timeline
We acknowledge requests within a few business days and complete deletion of the requested data from active systems promptly, subject to any limited retention required for security or legal reasons. Provider credentials and audit records tied to a security obligation may be retained as needed.
